German media are reporting a massive truck has run into a crowded Christmas market in the center of Berlin at full speed for at least 50 meters, causing multiple casualties. SEVERAL DEAD, 50+ SEVERELY INJURED Both the Berliner Zeitung newspaper and the Berliner Morgenpost reported the truck ran into the market outside the landmark Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church on Monday evening. The photo above posted by the Morgenpost showed a lot of damaged tables and stalls as well as many people on the ground.
