CeeLo Green confirmed that he is "alive and well" after a video surfaced of a cellphone exploding in his face. He took to Facebook Live to set the record straight about his health following the incident. "I just want to let everybody know that I am alive and I am well and I'm OK. Truthfully, I'm really upset that anybody had to be emotionally disturbed by what they saw today," the artist said in the video. CeeLo has not yet commented on when the video was taken.
