Ginger Garlic Paste - 2.5 tbspoon

Onions - 6 med size sliced length wise and fried crispy golden brown
Oil - 400 gms

Mint Leaves finely chopped - 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves finely chopped - 1 cup

Green cardamon - 6
Black cardamon - 2
Star Anis - 2
Bay Leaves- 2

For Rice
Rice - 1.25 kg long grain basmati rice (washed and soaked for 30 min)
Water - 8 ltr
Shah jeera/Black cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1
Bay leaves - 2
Salt - 5 teaspoon
Kesar threads soaked in 2 cups milk.
Red orenge food color soaked in kewda water
One hand full of cashew nuts
One hand full of almonds
Pure ghee - 2 tbspoon
Wheat flour dough for sealing vessel
important note...... Place a thick iron tawa on cook top then place the vessel on the tawa.
