Chicken – 1.5kg
Oil – 400 ml
Onion – 6 medium sizes finely chopped and fried golden brown
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbspoon
Coriander powder – 4 tbspoon
Red chilli powder- 2 tbspoon
Black pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
Garam masala powder – 2 teaspoon
Curd – 1 cup
Green cardamom – 15
Salt to taste
