Peppa Pig is grilling hamburgers outside when suddenly Joker sees her and finds the best opportunity to prank her. As Peppa is preparing to eat her burgers, she realizes she needs something to drink and runs back into the house. Joker watches Peppa leave and puts poo, boogers, and coins in her food. Just as Peppa comes back out with some diet sodas, Joker runs back to the safety of his hiding place and watches as Peppa consumes every last crumb on her plate.\r

Suddenly, Peppa appears pregnant and she looks for help at Doc McStuffins medical office. Doc McStuffins answers the door and instantly notices Peppas large tummy. Once in the office, she checks Peppas nose and uses an x-ray on her stomach. After seeing all of the random items in Peppas belly, Doc McStuffins decides that she needs to begin on surgery immediately. Once everything is prepared, Peppa is given some shots and has her belly cut open. Doc McStuffins reaches inside and pulls out odd objects such as balls, toys, playing knife, poop, action figures, and gold coins! Finally, Peppa is all cured and ready to go home, but before she leaves Doc McStuffins invites her over to an awesome gumball machine to get a large bubble gum.\r
