Mission Objectives:
• Get in a car with Armando and Henrique and head to the docks in BOABO.
• After their drug meeting gets interrupted by the cops, take out any cops that get in your way.
• Use the rocket launcher to shoot down the chopper.
• Take your buddies back to Northwood.
