Bilic dedicates West Ham result to Istanbul victims

West Ham United manager Slaven Bilic dedicated his side's point at Liverpool to the victims of the terrorist attacks in Turkey. On Sunday a blast killed 38 people in Istanbul, where Bilic managed Besiktas for two years.
