Maine DHHS takes a child from birth, for NO RISK OF ABUSE, or in other words, NOTHING!

This is a Maine social worker saying that this child was taken, even though the state has never been able to articulate a very clear risk of physical abuse, where there was not even any accusation of child abuse to begin with!
