Mexico's Popocatepetl Volcano Spews Massive Column of Ash and Smoke

Mexico’s Popocatepetl volcano emitted a dense column of ash and smoke on the morning of Friday, November 25, starling observers.

The National Center for Disaster Prevention recorded 324 outbursts with steam and gas emission and a small amount of ash from the volcano in the last 24 hours.
