The Aegis Armor can be unlocked for Evie after collecting all 32 Secrets of London and placing all of them into Reuge's Vault in "City of London".

Aside from its cool transparency and flickering effect it also gives you some bonuses when equipped.
❱ THE AEGIS BONUSES:
- Decrease melee damage received by 10%
- Decrease ranged damage received by 10%
- Increase cane-sword damage by 10%
You can upgrade the armor for 7500 in-game currency which raises all three bonuses to 20%.
❱ The armors description reads as follows:
"Could it be... the garments of Minerva, member of the First Civilization? It is believed Minerva wore this protective outfit while in combat. There's a reason people believe she was the goddess of war!"
