Ramos claims Imelda has details on assassination of Ninoy Aquino

Former Philippine president Fidel V. Ramos, who was then the head of the Philippine Constabulary during the Martial Law, said former first Lady Imelda Marcos knew everything about Martial Law including "what happened on August 1983."
