It's good to acknowledge that toxic individuals exist, in order to bring attention to, or warn others. However, there's far too much focus on the individual, and not the culture which enables not only that individual, but others who are emboldened by that individual. Even if Trump were to be impeached (or stayed in) you'd still have to deal with the likes of Steve Bannon, Jeff Sessions, Kris Kobach, and the masses who are organizing in their name.
