Halo 5: Guardians - IWHBYD Skull Location in Mission 1 (IWHBYD Osiris Skull) Rare combat dialog becomes more common

The IWHBYD skull in mission 1 is right after you have to use your "Spartan Charge" for the first time. Follow the mission path to the big gate with the blue lights.
Jump onto the rocks left to it and you find the IWHBYD skull sitting on the edge of the cliff.
This skull will make rare combat dialog more common when activated.
