Ryan outlines early days of Trump presidency, says replacing health care law is critical

At a news conference at the Capitol on Nov. 17, House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) outlined the basics of his economic plan, saying Congress will quickly move to replace the Affordable Care Act once Donald Trump is president.
