UN's Ban Ki-moon bids farewell to NGOs at Morocco conference

During the COP 22 conference in Marrakech, United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon met NGOs to bid farewell and urged greater efforts to mobilise funding to address climate change, especially to support developing countries.
