A staff member at the Oprah Winfrey Network has filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against her supervisor at the company. Rebecca Taylor, who joined the network in 2010, accused her boss Nakisha Gowen of regularly acting inappropriately during Taylor's pregnancy. Gowen allegedly pretended to squeeze Taylor's breasts and embarrass her for having morning sickness, The Hollywood Reporter said. Taylor took a break from the network for 11 months after the network allegedly failed to take action after she reported numerous instances of sexual assault.
