The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reports ongoing strikes in Idlib province, in northwestern Syria, which is mostly controlled by a coalition of rebel groups including Al-Qaeda's former affiliate Fateh al-Sham Front. The monitor says six people have been killed in strikes in the village of Kafr Jalis in Idlib.
