Bernie Sanders: US should 'rethink' Electoral College

With President-elect Donald Trump’s share of the popular vote falling further and further behind Hillary Clinton’s, Sen. Bernie Sanders says it may be time to consider changing the Electoral College system that gave Trump his victory last week.
