Pav Bhaji Recipe -:
Ingredients:
1. Fresh Pav (8 pieces)
2. Butter (4 tbl spn)
3. Potatoes peeled (3)
4. Cauliflower (200 gm)
5. Ginger & Garlic Paste (2 tbl spn)
6. Blended Onions (2)
7. Blended Tomatoes (3)
8. Green Peas (1/2 cup)
9. Chopped Coriander Leaves (4 tbl spn)
Pav Bhaji Masala
1. Packet Pav Bhaji Masala (2 tbl spn)
2. Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder (1 tbl spn)
3. Salt (to taste)
4. Turmeric (1/2 tbl spn)
Method:
STEP 1 : Boil than mash potato and cauliflower in blender.
STEP 2 : Heat oil in a deep vessel and add onion and Ginger garlic paste fry till golden brown. Add tomato puree and fry till 3-4 mints.
STEP 3 : Now add the mutter and cook for 2 minutes.
STEP 4 : Add all dry masala than add mash veggies in vessel and mix it well.
STEP 5 : Add half glass of water and cover it for five minute till boil.
STEP 6 : Finally add butter and coriander.
STEP 7 : Toast Pav with some butter over a flat pan or tawa
STEP 8 : Serve the Pav bhaji with chopped onions, chopped coriander leaves and a wedge of lemon . Don’t forget a dob of butter.
