MRMS app - an employee mobile portal for existing HR systems Developed by SPRIN. MRMS stands for "Mobile Resource Management System" powered by SPRIN which is an employee app secured with IBM worklight.
MRMS is a very first Mobile Employee portal that allows free accessing to the corporate details. MRMS includes all the modules of HR solutions into one single application. Offline access enabled & also continue receiving alerts on mobile even the user logged out from MRMS app.
MRMS is a common application not hooked up or specific to the particular company. MRMS works on Android as well as IOS devices. Future work involves making MRMS compatible with Blackberry and Windows phones. 9. Workplace - Employee Directory, HR policies, Documents
