Lagoona Blue is the daughter of the sea monster. She has a pet piranha named Neptuna, and is a transfer student from Down Under (the sea), hence her Australian accent. Lets dress her up for the swimming classes.\r

Lagoona Blue (voiced by Laura Bailey) - Lagoona is the 15 year old daughter of the Gill-man and a sea nymph. Lagoona is from Down Under and speaks with an Australian accent. She is able to talk to water animals. She is also a lovable and sporty ghoul who is shown to have many friends around Monster High. Her skin dries out very easily and she has to use lots of moisturizer. Her pet is Neptuna, a piranha.
