Welcome to Vics Fitness Journey. In this video I decided to try the German Volume Training method for my bicep workout. For those unfamiliar, GVT is a volume based workout method that overloads the muscle to shock it to grow. It was developed in the 1970s by German National Strength Coach Rolf Feser.
