Seeking strong female role, Fleming turns to Georgia O'Keeffe

Next November, opera singer Renee Fleming will join the Eastman Philharmonia when she stars in "Letters from Georgia". Based on correspondence from American artist Georgia O'Keefe, the Kevin Puts piece received the Pulitzer prize for music in 2012.
