The vice president spoke at a rally in Fairfax County, Va., on Nov. 7, with Democratic vice presidential nominee Tim Kaine and called for unity. "I’ve been tough on Donald Trump, as tough as anyone,” he said. “But when this election is over, we have got to let it go.”
