Presidential candidate Donald Trump and his team have already filed a lawsuit in Nevada over polling hours that were supposedly extended.
The suit is against Joe Gloria, the Clark County registrar of voters, and alleges that he made a decision to keep polls open two hours later than normal.
A spokesperson for the county said that while the polls were not kept open later than normal, those who were waiting in line at closing were allowed to vote.
Trump alluded to the issue on Saturday when he was speaking in Nevada, adding that it was another sign of the cards being stacked against him.
"Folks, it's a rigged system.
It's a rigged system and we're going to beat it.
We're going to beat it,"
