Near-Earth Asteroid set to Pass Within Earth-Moon System
Asteroid 2016 VB1 was first observed by Mt. Lemmon Survey on 2016-11-05.
It will fly by Earth harmlessly on 2016-11-07 at 19 56 UTC at 0.7 times the distance to the Moon, at a speed (relative to the Earth) of 5.4 km/s. It is estimated to be 4 - 12 meters in size.

It will fly by Earth harmlessly on 2016-11-07 at 06 00 UTC at 19.4 times the distance to the Moon, at a speed (relative to the Earth) of 20.2 km/s. It is estimated to be 65 - 206 meters in size.
