Has a few ice and frost spells mainly this character is Cold blooded, cold hearted, chilled to the bone stormcloak rebal warrior aka a TANK!!!!!!!! His race is of frost elementals mother race being Half-Giant (Earth) brothers being Half-Giant (Fire). This play threw is with mods.
