The Legend of Zelda: Majoras Mask - Gameplay Walkthrough - Part 44 - King of Ikana

This is part 44 of my Legend of Zelda: Majoras Mask gameplay walkthrough for the Nintendo 64! In this part, we head to the right side, inside of Ikana Castle to go deeper. You will be needing a Keg Powder Bomb and the Mirror Shield (Note: Get these items before coming to Ikana Castle). You need the Keg Powder to blow up a cracked ceiling that is impenetrable using a regular bomb, and youll need the Mirror Shield to reflect light onto enemies and Sun blocks. As we progress through the Sun Block in the middle of the first room, we finally meet the King of Ikana. However, the King and his 2 soldiers that we battle have been cursed by the Skull Kid (Under the control of Majoras Mask), and they make cover the sunlight, since that is there weakness.\r

We find a way to bring the light back onto the battlefield, and we use the light to our advantage and take out the King and the 2 Soldiers. After their defeat, the curse has been broken and the King teaches us the Elegy of Emptiness Melody, which forms a shape of Link and his other forms (using the masks) without a human heart. This will be very useful going to the Stone Tower.\r
