Obama slams senators who float blocking Supreme Court nominees

At least three Senate Republicans have suggested blocking a President Hillary Clinton's Supreme Court nominee indefinitely. President Obama criticized that notion at a rally in Chapel Hill, N.C., Nov. 2.
