Welcome to episode five of Lets Play Metroid for the NES! With Kraid and Ridley out of the picture, theres only one area left to explore in this game: Tourian, and let me tell ya, this is one tough level. Tourian is a relatively short, linear level, but its gonna make sure we earn our victory. Its home to Metroids, the monsters that the Metroid franchise is named after, as well as Rinkas, small, ring-like objects that continuously spawn and fly across the screen. The pandemonium really picks up in the boss chamber, with Rinkas and turrets shooting at you. The final boss of the game is Mother Brain, the main villain. Simply pound her with missiles until she dies, then you have to do an escape sequence. After all that, the game is finally done. The ending you get is determined by how quickly you beat the game. \r

For those of you who followed and watched this LP, I hope you enjoyed it because I enjoyed doing it! I think it was good for me to step out of my comfort zone and do a classic NES game, and I may return to the NES for future LPs. I also plan to do more Metroid games in the future.
