What's going on guys? It's your man Tim here at Hyundai of Athens with a 2016 Hyundai Sonata Limited.
So when you enter the backseat of our '16 Sonata's you really get a feel that this is a large car. Stepping inside you've got around 45.3 cubic feet of room back here. It's plenty of space. I'm about 5'10"" and I've got 5 or 6 inches between my knee and the back of the drivers seat. You've got cup holders in the middle compartment and both doors. You've even got rear window sunshades to keep some privacy and some sun out.
My favorite part about the back of the car though is that the panaramic sunroof actually extends all the way behind your head. It gives great visability for kids or even big kids like me to see up and enjoy the view from the back.
So when you sit in the drivers seat of the '16 Sonata your greeted with a little bit more luxury than you may be accustomed to. You've got leather seats, leather all over the middle compartment, the top here, and down the sides. You've got a leather wrapped steering wheel. Very very comfortable to the touch. You also have memory seats on both sides, so power seats and both memory. You've got your bluetoot connectivity, standard on the steering wheel as well as cruise control. Then you have a kind of contemporary look out of the infotainment system here. It's really easy to use. You've got your touch screen display, radio controls, then a/c controls down here.
My favorite part about this car though is the three different drive modes. You press this button one time and your car changes from standard mode to ECO mode. What that does is adds 5-7% more fuel economy while taking away from the horsepower and the torque. Switch that around and press it again and you get the sport mode which kind of does the opposite but adds more horsepower, more torque and gives you a stiffer feel out of the power steering here.
