This appears to be a pseudonym for Red Sanders & His Orchestra, actually a band led by Red Nichols and comprising for the rest unknown musicians. They recorded 9 sides in the mid-20s. The vocalist singing the refrain in this excellent version, is a certain James Teele. I could find no data at all about him, but his voice timbre is very similar to Arthur Hall's. It could be just one more pseudonym.
