A giant 40ft fin whale has washed up on a Norfolk beach - the latest casualty in a string of strandings from the North Sea.
The enormous mammal was discovered dead on the sands of a renowned beauty spot on the Holkham National Nature Reserve.
On Holkham Beach wardens from the reserve found the whale motionless on Thursday afternoon.
