I tore my achilles tendon playing tennis recently. Dr Nemitz saw me right away and did the surgery the next day. I am now 5-6 weeks post-op now and out of the boot walking normally. I will require Physical therapy and exercise for several months to return to full athletic function but I am extremely pleased. Dr. Nemitz is a very gifted surgeon, knowledgeable, and very personable. I am a retired physician and careful about picking doctors, but I give Dr. Nemitz and his staff 5 stars.
