Hurricane Matthew: Haiti's frustration grows amid slow UN aid delivery

UN peacekeepers had to use tear gas on Haitians looting trucks carrying food and aid to victims of Hurricane Matthew.
It happened shortly before a visit by UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon.
