It's obviously important to get kids to exercise, but they don't always like doing it, so one YouTuber has come up with a way to get them to keep fit without even knowing it.
The cute video, filmed in Montreal, Canada on October 9, shows Viva Frei chasing his daughter with a remote-control car, to get her to run around.
He then reverses the exercise, by putting a "healthy" snack on the remote-control car and making her chase it.
