HOW TO FIND THE PLASMA PISTOL
Make your way to the "Mass Pike Tunnel West", west of Diamond City. Walk into the tunnel door to the left and follow the way. Keep left and a small room with a special enemy, the "Glowing One". He and his helpers can give you a really hard time, so try to stay back a bit and take them out one by one.
Inside the room is a Steamer Trunk with the Plasma Pistol inside.
