Twelfth National Theatre Festival concluded today on Wednesday, at Town hall Dehradun, This was organised by Doon Ghati Rangmanch. On the occasion, the
theatre activists took out a march from Kalumal Dharamshala to Town hall, 'Rashtriya Rang Yatra', demonstrating the different cultures of fourteen states.
