Notes: Denver remains unbeaten at 3-0 following the 29-17 road victory to the Cincinnati Bengals as a +3 ½ point betting underdog. The game finished at over 42 points. The Broncos closed with 13 straight fourth quarter points after falling behind 17-16 in the opening seconds of the final period. Denver did not run very well in this game. First year starter Trevor Siemian came up huge in his first road start hitting on 23 of 35 passes for 312 yards with four touchdowns. They finished with a +1 turnover margin. Over on defense the Broncos allowed 332 yards to the Cincinnati offense with 143 rushing yardage.
Tampa Bay fell to 1-2 with the 37-32 home defeat to the LA Rams as a -3 ½ point wagering favorite. The total went over 40 ½ points. After taking a 20-10 lead the Bucs surrendered 21 straight Rams points. Tampa Bay rolled up 472 offensive yards with 83 rushing. Jameis Winston hit on 36 of 58 passes for 405 yards with three touchdowns and one pick. Each team had a two turnovers and each scored one defensive touchdown. On defense the Buccaneers allowed two touchdown passes to Case Kennum and two rushing touchdowns despite only 320 yards of offense for LA as the Rams go 2 for 2 inside the red zone.
