When spider crabs are molting every year, they are particularly vulnerable until their shell hardens. They gather in their thousands in Port Phillip Bay, near Melbourne, Australia, for safety and gentler waters. This crab wasn’t quite so lucky as to escape the attention of a stingray, who pounced on the vulnerable crustacean. Credit: YouTube/Pink Tank Scuba
