Three shot dead in Washington state shopping centre attack

Three people were shot dead and two wounded when what is believed to have been a single gunman opened fire at the Cascade mall in Burlington, (105km) north of Seattle. Police described the shooter as Hispanic, wearing a black t-shirt.
