Footage has emerged from Palermo, Sicily that appears to shows the strange phenomenon of ultra-localised rain.
The video, on September 17, shows people stopping to observe an apparent rain storm that is only taking place over a tiny area of road.
The bizarre incident has been covered in the Italian press recently, as another occurrence was also reported as happening in Palermo two-and-a-half years ago.
