The Dallas Cowboys Women's Association has teamed up with Title Boxing Club DFW to host an EMPOWER HOUR. The one-hour charity exercise class, based off of TITLE's signature 1,000-calorie-burning Power Hour workout featured Dallas Cowboys Brandon Carr, James Hanna and Lance Dunbar.
All proceeds from the charity exercise class will benefit The Gatehouse at Grapevine, a supportive community where women and children in crisis can discover a new path for permanent change.
