Netflix is pushing for regulatory changes to abolish data caps to ensure users can enjoy its services without paying additional charges for internet usage. Netflix submitted a filing to the Federal Communications Commission urging it to say data caps are unreasonable. "Data caps and usage-based pricing discourage a consumer's consumption of broadband, and may impede the ability of some households to watch Internet television in a manner and amount that they would like," Netflix wrote
