Trump: Iranian boats 'will be shot out of the water' for improper gestures

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump promised retribution to Iranian military vessels on Sept. 9, saying when Iranian boats "make gestures at our people, that they shouldn't be allowed to make, they will be shot out of the water."
