Srinagar (J&K), Sep 10 (ANI): Chef Mohammad Yasin Reshi is attempting to revive traditional Kashmiri cuisine, but with a twist. Chef Reshi says that is aim to make dishes like Shabb Deigh and Shopta more popular. Chef Reshi is trying different methods for reviving traditional foods of the Kashmir Valley. He is presently working as assistant lecturer at the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM). Yasin has also opened his own website named Reshi Foods to help people to understand the new methods of cooking Kashmiri cuisine.
