FBI Director James Comey continues to defend his decision not to pursue a case against ex-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. Comey said the decision to not recommend charges against the now-Democratic nominee for her use of a private email server wasn't a close call. "At the end of the day, the case itself was not a cliff-hanger; despite all the chest-beating by people no longer in government, there really wasn't a prosecutable case." Comey said he nearly held documents from the FBI's email investigation until after the holiday weekend, but said "we don't play games. So we released it Friday."
