Last Tuesday we went to Nong Cong village for a special bamboo shoots harvesting and cooking trip. It was hard to take the bamboo shoots out of the ground without breaking them but we did our best. With the shoots i and dogs go into the forest to collect bamboo shoots. It was a great time!
