The Tachibana Muneshige Boss Fight is a pain in the Nioh Second Beta on PS4. However, if you're a fan of axes, there is a way to actually cheese the fight. To do this, make sure you have acquired the Heaven and Earth skill.
Once you start the fight, you'll want to be in high stance. Stay close and avoid Tachibana Muneshige's first attacks and look for an opening. Once you find one, just run in, do a quick hit then follow up with the Heaven and Earth. This will completely drain him of ki if it connects all three hits, leaving him open for attack.
Now, and this is important, the second you land, you must Ki Pulse in order to have enough ki in order to do it again. That's basically it, keep doing it over and over. If you don't have enough ki, backup and let it recharge and start the process again. It's a bit easier of you are using an item to recover ki faster or if you have picked up a skill that does this.
