LOVED it. Took my 2 year old in for his first trip to the dentist (wasn't sure how it would go) but it couldn't have been better! They were great in explaining things to him, including brushing a stuffed animal's teeth, letting him use the water and suction tools (which he thought was the best part) and making sure to involve him in the whole process. And there's a train table in the waiting room - any kid who walks in and sees that will be happy. Jill (our dental assistant) was amazing and my son warmed up to her right away. Dr. Hurd was great, too, and we will be going back for sure!
